Biography

Elif Demirtaş earned her B.A. in Psychology from Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University in 2020 and her M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Özyeğin University in 2024 with her thesis titled "Exploring Antecedents and Daily Consequences of Workplace Incivility: An Experience Sampling Study". Her master's thesis was granted by the TÜBİTAK 1002A Program (Project No: 222K117), and she conducted the project Does Employee Attachment Style Matter in the Experience of Workplace Incivility?” under the supervision of Prof. Canan Sümer. She has served as a teaching assistant in several undergraduate and graduate level courses, including Advance Topics in Work and Organizational Psychology, Leadership and Motivation at Work, Training, Development and Evaluation, Measurement Techniques in Psychology. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Management and Organization at Sabancı University.
