Cem Özgüzel is an economist at the OECD and a Research Fellow at the Paris School of Economics and Sorbonne Economics Centre. He is an applied economist with research interests in international migration, labour markets and regional economics. Across various projects, he studies the interaction between these elements, both at the macro and micro level, across different country contexts, using restrictive social security and linked employer-employee data.
